4. Orders & Payments

We are not responsible for any payment issues arising from third-party processors.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery times are provided by restaurants and may vary due to location, weather, or traffic.

Realtec is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

If the user is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be canceled without refund.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed only in cases of non-delivery, incorrect items, or restaurant unavailability.

Any refund will be issued within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Restaurant Responsibility

Partner restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, and packaging.

Realtec acts only as a platform connecting customers with restaurants.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes or offers may have specific terms (validity period, applicable stores, minimum order value, etc.).

Realtec reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the app for fraudulent activity.

Post false reviews or harmful content.

Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
